Concrete commitment to safety and the territory.
Over the years, the San Martino di Castrozza Property Owners Association has supported the local community through concrete initiatives aimed at safety and emergency response.
December 2018 – Support following Storm Vaia.
Following the severe weather events of 29–30 October 2018 (Storm Vaia), which heavily affected the area, the Association expressed its gratitude to the Volunteer Fire Brigade of San Martino di Castrozza and the Alpine Rescue Service for their extraordinary efforts during the emergency.
On 7 December 2018, the Board of Directors, led by President Marco Bottari, officially donated technical equipment to support the operational activities of the Fire Brigade, along with personalized certificates of appreciation for volunteers and Alpine Rescue representatives.

Installation of a defibrillator – Colverde Gondola.
Subsequently, under the presidency of Marco Bottari, the Association donated a defibrillator installed at the departure station of the Colverde gondola lift, contributing to enhanced safety in the ski area and providing a life-saving device in the event of cardiac emergencies.
These initiatives reflect a clear vision: supporting those who work to ensure safety means protecting people, real estate assets, and the entire tourism system of San Martino di Castrozza.
The Association will continue to operate with the same sense of responsibility, collaborating with institutions and local organizations to ensure a safer and better-prepared mountain environment.
