Property Owners Association San Martino di Castrozza
Protection, participation and responsible development of the territory

United by passion, committed to the future
Founded in 2015, the San Martino di Castrozza Property Owners Association was established by a group of second-home owners with the aim of actively participating in the future of the resort.
Over time, APSM has grown to become a point of reference for owners connected to San Martino di Castrozza and the Primiero Valley, bringing together more than 130 active members united by a strong bond with the territory and by a commitment to contribute—through constructive dialogue with institutions—to balanced and sustainable development, with particular attention to landscape protection and long-term service quality.

SHAREHOLDING AND TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT
APSM directly holds a stake in Imprese e Territorio Srl, through which members actively contribute to the development of local infrastructure. This participation represents a clear choice: to be involved not only in discussion, but also in strategic decisions for the future of San Martino di Castrozza and the Primiero area.
In addition to infrastructure initiatives, the Association has supported the territory through social and safety initiatives, including donations of equipment to the Volunteer Fire Brigade following Storm Vaia and the donation of a defibrillator at the Colverde lift.
FROM FOUNDATION TO TODAY

The Association was founded to represent second-home owners and to take part, as signatories, in the Memorandum of Understanding with the Province.

Activities and Territory
APSM regularly promotes public meetings and open discussion forums for members and residents, with the participation of institutions, technicians and local operators.
These meetings represent a fundamental tool for information, listening, and dialogue, based on the belief that the best decisions arise from transparent and well-documented discussion, oriented toward the sustainable development of the territory, consistent with the environmental balance of the Dolomites and the needs of the Primiero community.
Member Benefits
The Association works continuously to establish agreements with local businesses, organizations, and service providers in order to offer tangible benefits to its members.
