A concrete moment of discussion on the future of San Martino.

The annual General Assembly of the San Martino di Castrozza Property Owners Association was held at Casa della Montagna, representing a key opportunity to review completed activities and future development perspectives.

In the private session, the Assembly unanimously approved the 2024 financial statements and renewed the Board of Directors for the 2025–2029 term. Key achievements were reviewed, including ongoing dialogue with institutions, participation in Imprese e Territorio S.r.l., support for local lift companies, and concrete initiatives in favor of safety and community services.

In his address, President Alvise Boniver Conte outlined three priorities: expansion of the membership base, greater involvement of younger generations, and strengthening the Association’s role as an authoritative interlocutor on lift, infrastructure, and tourism development issues, while respecting territorial sustainability.

The public session was attended by the Mayor and representatives of the main economic and lift operators Ongoing and planned projects were presented, including completion of the new Passo Rolle road, the launch of the San Martino–Rolle connection, the town bypass, interventions at Malga Crel, and investment plans for lift renewal and enhanced snowmaking through 2032.

Numerous contributions were made by members and citizens on infrastructure, services, mobility, development of the sports area, and initiatives dedicated to young people.

The Assembly thus confirmed itself not only as a formal requirement, but as an open and responsible forum for dialogue, in which property owners, institutions, and operators work together for the future of San Martino di Castrozza.
